This Registration Form is owned and managed by Philippine College of Canine Practitioners, Inc. "PCCP", and may collect your personal information which includes your Full Name and Email Address and other details.
PCCP shall process your personal information for the purpose of providing you further details regarding this event, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("Act"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, its issuances and releases, and this Privacy Notice.
PCCP shall retain your personal information for as long as necessary and shall be stored on secured storage locations with only authorized personnel having access to it.
